They Blew It
Cedars' MRI center needs a new phlebotomist. Seriously.
Check out the pictures of Bryan's blown vein. On his wrist, no less. Ouch, ouch, ouch. The phlebotomists – two incredibly nice guys – needed to administer an IV contrast during Bryan's MRI, but couldn't find a good vein. This is the first time we've heard this, as every other lab we've been to for tests has complimented Bryan on his stellar selection of veins. Maybe the ladies at the other lab center are just trying to butter him up, who knows? I mean, he is undeniably handsome and good-natured. Yesterday, apparently the good veins were all hiding, because they stuck him no less than five different times and finally found one in his crux of his right elbow. But talk about collateral damage along the way! :(
